Good News: Three Excellent Judges sided with him;
Bad News: The stay of of his commitment/mittimus (delay in reporting to BOP) is almost certainly at its end.
Interesting Side Note: Judges all agreed that this trial took too long. They must read the Basin. Mentioned that a long time ago.
