A MOMENT OF SILENCE......IN ILLINOIS SCHOOLS......RIGHT

The Illinois Legislature done up and passed a "Moment of Silence" bill for schools. Govvy vetoed it (not a real bad move). Legislature overrode. It's da law!

Now, on to my real question, how are they going to get a moment of silence when they can't even get the students to shut up during the national anthem at basketball games?

Real Question number two: IPod and Voicemail access with bluetooth OK during MOS? Gonna hold hearings about promulgating rules in each district?

Real question Number three: The first time a student whips out a rug and faces East during the MOS, are we looking at a bona fide "Oh, Sh!t" moment for school administrators? The kid in the next aisle has a brother who lost a leg in Iraq and he's not feeling warm and fuzzy about Muslims.

People ask, "What's the harm?" Wait, there'll be some.

Isn't it amazing how luke warm democrats are towards a higher being!! Kids act the way they do today because of the lack of discipline that has been allowed by liberal school boards and liberal judges. You reap what you sow.

Which democrats are we speaking of, the ones who felt so strongly about it they passed it over the Gov's veto. Or the Governor? Or maybe just generic democrats because it's kind of a cool thing to say, sort of like "MegaDittoes".

A word of advice. Don't attempt to judge the depth of another man's relationship with his Heavenly Father.
