WHAT TRUMPS WHAT IN ADAMS COUNTY?

Three factors:

INCUMBENCY

ROMAN CATHOLIC

"RED" COUNTY

In a low turnout election, I tend to think the order of importance is, in this order, Catholic, GOP, Incumbent. Doesn't mean any of them is outcome determinative. I guess this is sort of speaking the unspeakable, but there is no reason we can't discuss it here, right?
