"Stay the course!"
I was paying attention when the GOP was telling us the only alternative to "stay the course!" was "Cut and Run".
Ergo, I must conclude that Flightsuit has been converted to "cut and run".
For my part, I think it woulda been a cool idea to actually have a plan to rehab the country in place before we attacked it. What would have been the harm?

Operative words are "Have a plan......before we invade."
Well, they DID have a plan: take down Saddam. And they did that. I have to give them credit for that.
What they didn't have was a plan to answer the (very common) question: Now what the heck do we do? And that makes me angry--whatever happened to the Boy Scout motto? BE PREPARED!
