The last time I checked the court log, the "Sign ups" won the tax objection.
Additionally, appealing any ruling only supports my previous claims that you can try to keep going back to court until you get the answer that you want.
And that's exactly what they're doing.
Taxing for one reason and spending for another is pretty deceptive.
leave it all up to crooked lawyers that are taught from the top down "this is how we do business".
It's Pathetic...at best.
