I think it's appropriate that someone named Matt Murphy is a candidate for statewide office.

I met Matt at BB's in Memphis, Beale St., friends and I were walking on Beale St (10 ft off of) trying to decide which joint to duck into, saw the sign advertising his band and said that makes the decision easy, he and his band were great, talked to Matt that night (1996), he was very nice.
He seemed like a nice guy. Thanks for sharing that experience.
