Early release system is a joke. You know it's bad when the local judges start talking about it during sentencings.
And you're talking about the public early release program.
Now we learn there's another, stealth, ER system. That Canine will not seek.

Less than three weeks served for a violent crime is not much deterrent.
Maybe politicians are feeling some heat from the public disgust with political corruption. They'd only have to serve a few months for their frauds and larceny, when sentenced to five to ten.
Let the non-violent druggies out first. Most of our politicians should be under the bus, or in the prison bus. They've become a menace to society.
In Quinn's defense he DID put them on Double Secret Probation.
