BHO'S BLACKBERRY
I'm no expert on the Presidential Records Act but I see a huge difference between W's hotmail account and BHO's BlackBerry.
W. was necessarily using equipment that belonged to the government. BHO owns his Blackberry and the service. He uses it for personal contact and to review information. It helps him stay outside the Presidential Bubble. Yes, the GPS portion would have to be disabled, security and all. But I have difficulty seeing that the text between him and his sister belongs to anybody but him.
If we have president-elect who wants to stay in touch with real people, it seems to me that should be encouraged.

Security security security , our US Gov folks can't take their crackberries over seas now because of a discovered flaw in the security system . Either China or Russia made a break through in cracking the blue tooth and being able to then key log the system of the crackberry .
It was all over the National news a few months back .
