BIG IMMIGRATION BUST IN BEARDSTOWN: FEDS SHOOT FISH IN A BARREL

Imagine that! all 60 guys named "Julio Lopez" with the same birthday and address working at Cargill in Beardstown weren't who they said they were. Gosh, I'm shocked but probably not as shocked as the diligent folks in HR at Cargill who so carefully vetted the Julios.

Maybe Cargill should just turn the process over to the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth.

Soon we'll have vigilantes patrolling the border between Schuyler and Cass Counties here in Illinois, making sure nobody swims the Illinois River. (Hint: for you 'burb dwellers, find Peoria and follow the blue thang southwest.)

Anyhow, fight them here or fight them there, or something.

I am very Pro GIVE them green cards ! They want to be here to work and make a life for themselves. really who wants to clean a slaughter house ? I really am Pro Immigrant , and I am a Repub.

Deporting these people really does nothing for us. Green card them and let them earn the right to become an AMERICAN !

God bless & god speed to them .

Go down in TEMPLATES (toward the end) and copy the GOOGLE NEWS link.

Keeping all the litle punctuation marks the same copy the url of whatever you're trying to link and paste it OVER the Google News URL. Again, not disturbing the punctuation, go in over the title Google News and put in whatever the name of it is (i.e. Rocky Cola).

Go down below the template and click the save button. For some reason, it works better when you do them and save them one at a time. There's no electronic reason that should be so, but it is.

Also the blogger blog inside of blogger has a lot of handy cut and paste tips, but if you follow the above, you shouldn't have any trouble. Plagiarism is a positive when it comes to linking.

If you run into trouble, U/G knows how to do it.

One of the troubles with corporate america enabling illegals like this is that it encourages this covert form of slavery. Who you think is in more fear of being ratted out: Julio or Cargill. Cargill lawyers up. Julio has a one way ticket on ConAir.

Immigration good, Slavery Bad. This stuff is not simple.

I know it is a fricken mess , but our nation and the driving force behind it was founded by Immigrants .

Something must be done but at what cost . I really changed my standpoint after watching 30 days by Melvin Spurlock covering immigration.

The danger with the "guestworker" thang is the bait & switch like germany did to Turks who were actually natural-born Germans. If we want a wall and a guest-worker program (which is where this congress is heading, it seems to me.), we've gotta be able to make any president keep our collective word.

I may be going to the CHURCH of England to hear Kirby JAM "ODE to JOY" Sat night . I like the Jazzy new service but sometimes at C&E I need some Kirby blowing the dust out

Kirby's okay. Rhonda Basinger was better. So's Jason Stone, though his style is a bit prissy. Jim Donovan who used to be at St. John's Anglican is good. So is Dr. Dave who is computer geek extraordinaire at QU. Fr. Lewis Payne plays a mean organ, but then he's got some years on all the others, even Kirby. :)

Of course I may be biased about Fr. P., not that we go to the same church or anything (we don't :).
