JOY AND THE SELF ONE SEED BLUES
Happened to be in KCMO in a public place as Jayhawks got eliminated. Never seen such joy! Thought I was the only Self/KU roundball anti-fan. Wow, did I have hundreds of new friends, or what?

Well I was bummed in St Louis all weekend because the NCAA seedings really put a damper on the fans . Years past the Mid-West regional always got teams that were pretty much from the Mid West , this year we had a finals where no team was close except Butler .
Great games , but a let down in the vibe of the crowd . Just picture Kansas in the rams' dome !
The NCAA said they wanted to make it harder for all teams once they hit the regions , what they did was make it harder for the host areas to fill butts in every seat .
Still worth the drive , but not as good as years past
Out here in Vegas, we are so proud of UNLV. What a surprise and what fun.
Actually UNLV had more fans than Butler at the regional !
They played great but unlike the GAY-tors , could not shut down Porter from the ducks. That KID (true frosh) shot the lights out on friday and his fisrt step is so fast he reminded me of the King of Thugs Allen Iverson
