GOOD PARTY BUT NO BOOZE, WE GO HOME

While you're trying to figure out what movie that's from, consider this:

Mr. McQueen spoke about the lack of "access" to the City Council, while he was enjoying.......uh, access to the City Council.

Toto doesn't understand it either.

No kidding they let him speak. The mayor and the dems on the council already drank that kamikaze, and the hangover was a bitch. Even Duesterhaus didn't want a drink this time around.

Correct.

The Indians called him "Macklin" and the exact quote was "Good Party,Macklin, but no booze, we go home now!" This, of course, in the middle of a fistfight.
