Man, this one's got John Spring written all over it.
You people have a real hangup on your mayor don't you? Seek help, for yourselves and your families.

It seems following instructions is a weakness that is common to all men (and women).
Of course many find obeying God (or god) more important than obeying men.
And then there are some that have more dominant Stupid genes (or is it a double recessive?).
